- 1 whole nutmeg
- Yellow piece of cloth
- Thin yellow ribbon
- 1 yellow spell candle
Instructions:
Light the candle and spend a few moments quieting your mind.
Spread out the cloth and place the nutmeg in the middle, gently wrapping it
into the fabric.
Pull up the cloth on all four sides and tie the ribbon to secure the nutmeg
inside. Use scissors to cut off any excess fabric.
