- 1 piece citrine
- White candle
- Spade or small shovel
- Journal or writing paper (optional)
Instructions:
Light the candle.
If you’re incorporating the writing component, spend 10 to 15 minutes
writing about the fearful feelings you’re intending to transmute. When you’ve
arrived at a satisfactory answer to the question “what am I afraid of?”, then
you’re ready to move on to the next step.
Holding the citrine between your palms, close your eyes and take three deep
breaths.
Now, speak your fears into the stone. You can say them as loudly or as
quietly as you wish—whatever makes you feel comfortable, but you do need
to speak (or whisper) out loud.
Once you have released your fears into the citrine, gently extinguish the
candle.
Use the spade or shovel to bury the citrine outside, allowing the Earth to
absorb your fear energy and transmute it to neutral energy.
Thank the Earth for participating with you in this work.
For best results, do this step immediately after extinguishing the candle.
