- 1 bloodstone necklace or pendant
- Black spell candle
Instructions:
Light the candle.
In a sitting position, place the necklace or pendant in your lap.
Begin by visualizing a beautiful green orb at the center of your lap. See the
orb gradually grow as it envelops you within it. This is your magical forcefield,
protecting you against your opponent.
On the outer edge of this shielding energy, visualize vibrant patches of red
flaring up to warn away anyone who would do you harm.
When you’ve summoned a peaceful, protected feeling, hold the bloodstone
between your palms and say the following (or similar) words:
“With the Heart of Earth and the Fire of Mars,
I am protected from all who mean me harm
This amulet shields me from their gaze
and sends them on their way.
So let it be.”
Place the amulet in front of the candle and allow the candle to burn out on its
own.
Then wear it around your neck whenever you may come into contact with
those who would bully you.
