Instructions:

Repeat this breathing process three times, focusing on filling the stone with
tranquil, relaxed energy.
Now, place the hematite in front of the candle.
Allow it to charge there until the candle has burned all the way down.
Carry the charmed stone with you in your purse or pocket the next time you
are entering into a social situation that may produce an anxious reaction. You
can hold on to the stone during any difficult moments without anyone even
knowing!
