- Several (10 to 30) pieces of jet
- Pillows
- Small cloth bag (optional)
- Work candle for atmosphere (optional)
Instructions:
Light the candle, if using.
Take three deep breaths and release any little disturbances from your day on
each exhalation.
Lie down in a comfortable place on your floor, using pillows to support
yourself so that you are able to fully relax.
Place the jet stones around the perimeter of your body, paying mindful
attention to each placement.
Now take a few more deep breaths and begin to activate your third eye, or
“second sight.”
Starting with your feet, mentally scan each part of your body. As you move
slowly up your body, be aware of any part that feels stuck, dark, or otherwise
less-than-optimal in terms of energy. Don’t over analyze this—rather, let
your intuition guide you.
Visualize a white light over any area you feel is energetically weakened or
out of balance, in order to send power and energy back to that spot.
When you have completed a full scan of your body—feet, calves, knees,
thighs, groin, intestines, stomach, chest, neck, arms, hands, and head—
visualize your entire body full of white light.
Continue to lie there and relax fully for 10 to 15 minutes.
You may want to keep the jet stones in a small bag to use each time you need
to cleanse your aura.
Be sure to cleanse the stones in between uses, by smudging them with sage or
smoke from a purification incense.
